Best-in-class winners were selected by the members of the Loyalty360 editorial staff, analysts, and through feedback from Loyalty360 Awards judges. Nominations were based on several factors, including Loyalty360 Awards entries, nominations from other Loyalty360 members, overall program impact, approach, and performance.
