In essence, the platform supports batch sending against a traditional marketing calendar, as well as individualized cross-channel customer journey experiences. In addition, the tool is built on Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) architecture that adds scale, speed, and flexibility to meet the "in-the-moment" needs of modern customer experiences.
